How to rebuild your skin while you sleep

Mukti Antioxidant Facial Oil

No doubt you know how important it is to eat plenty of essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6)  right? Your body can’t make these ‘good fats’, which are needed for healthy cell functioning, so you need to consume foods high in EFAs (your skin may start resembling sandpaper if your diet is too low in EFAs).

BUT, did you know you can also apply EFAs to your skin to assist in the same process of cell regeneration?

If you’re over 25, your skin is probably beginning to show signs of aging, and applying EFAs to your skin is one way to slow down the aging process.

Since it would be really smelly and gross to put fish oil on your face, Mukti created her totally lush Antioxidant Facial Oil with a blend of 14 oils that smells d.i.v.i.n.e.

We’re talking rich oils like macadamia, jojoba, apricot, calendula, evening primrose, rosehip, gotu kola, pomegranate, tamanu and carrot seed, blended with yummy essential oils like lavender, sandalwood and patchouli.

Mukti uses this on her face every night and I have also become a recent convert (pushing 40 as I am).

It’s nice to go to sleep at night knowing these regenerative oils are working deep into the dermal layers of my face, neck and decolletage to rebuild my collagen and retain moisture in my skin.

HOT TIP: This oil is BRILLIANT as an eye makeup remover (way better than those harsh alcohol-based ones). It removes mascara and eyeshadow and gives your eye area a little nourishment at the same time.

I use skin products that lasts for 12 hour. In between I have to remove it and wet cotton never worked for it. I would definitely give try to this oil for better results.
